Yes, you will receive an E-mail or SMS(if no e-mail was provided) notification once your order is ready for pick up. Please bring your e-mail or SMS notification and go to our service centre(Ginza Plaza, Mong Kok) to pick up your order.
1. Select the item you would like to buy, choose variant: Version, Model, Color, Size(if any), and then add items to your Shopping Cart.
When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout procedure.
2. The total price of the order is the price of the items ordered plus shipping fee (if necessary).
3. At checkout, you can review and change your order details on the Shopping Cart page.
4. When you are ready to complete your order, click the 'Pay Now' button, and you will be taken to the payment page. Make sure you review this page carefully before payment is processed.
Like most online stores, you will be asked for your credit card number, the expiration date, the card holder's name and CVV number (last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card) to process payments through our credit card gateway.
We will also need your contact details should there be any reason to reach out to you(e.g. Re-confirm order, shipping address, recipient details).
Our online store accepts major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as a form of payment. We have also included Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal should you have those setup with your credit card already.

You can charge the device by plugging the USB cable with a 5V 1A AC adapter or a USB port on your computer. Charging a fully depleted battery takes about 60 to 90 minutes. Remove the charger from the device after the battery charge level icon Battery symbol is full and stops flashing.
To prevent corrosion, thoroughly clean and dry the contacts and the surrounding area before charging or connecting to a computer.
Update your Garmin product to the latest software through Garmin Connect or Garmin Express
1) On your computer, download and install Garmin Express
