1) Garmin Run 2023– Hong Kong（下稱「賽事」)由Garmin香港及澳門總經銷 -十十一十有限公司（下稱「大會」）主辦，參加者必須仔細閱讀以下事項，一旦完成報名及付款程序，等同聲明同意遵守及接受在此及其後所有大會引入之條款及細則及大會 活動規則。
Garmin Run Hong Kong 2023 (“the Race”) is organized by authorized distributor of Garmin Hong Kong and Macau - Ten Ten One Ten Limited (“the Organizer”). Participants must read the following terms carefully. Upon completing his/her registration and payment process, an applicant declares that he/she agrees to and accept these Terms & Conditions and all other rules and regulations which may be adopted by the Organizer from time to time.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person and nullify his/her result due to any violation, breach or non-observance of any rules, laws or regulations in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the terms and conditions set for the Event. The Organizer shall not be obliged to refund any registration fee under such circumstance.
The Organizer has the right to modify and interpret the above rules.
The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of the chosen size. The allocation of sizes depends on the order of receiving the race pack and the quantity of stock. Sizes are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email within 5 working days. If participants do not receive any confirmation email by then, please contact the Organizer immediately.
If the participant provides incorrect information for any reason, resulting in the inability to collect the complete race pack, failure to verify their identity, or complete the activity, the Organizer will not provide any compensation or refund.
Race quota is limited and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants may purchase insurance on their own as necessary.
If the race is forced to be cancelled due to any circumstances beyond the control of the organizer or due to force majeure, the application fee will not be refunded, and the organizer will not be held responsible for any other liabilities resulting from the race's cancellation.
Force majeure includes and is not limited to the Organizer being unable to fulfill its public obligations or organize or hold the Race due to bad weather, fire, flood, earthquake, or other severe natural disaster or act of God; or due to protest, riot, civil disobedience, uprising, march, revolt, assembly, demonstration, occupation, commotion, mass gathering, war, terrorist attack, insurrection, sabotage, epidemic, pandemic, COVID-19, or other similar contagious disease, or government intervention or prohibition, or the likelihood of such an event or act affecting the Race.
