Did you purchase through our website and are looking to return an item?

*If you received an incorrect item, did not receive an item, or your item is damaged in any way upon receving it please submit a ticket to our Support Team here.

 

Return Standards & Conditions

  • Items can only be exchanged for the same item and color, but different size and of the same or higher value.
  • Price difference shall be paid in full for the exchange.
  • Opened items are subject to denial.
  • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will not be accepted
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
  • Any opened products are final sale products and cannot be returned (includes both exchanges and refunds).
  • If you are returning your partial/entire order, please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.

 Can sale items be returned?

  • Items discounted are considered final sale and ineligible to be returned.
    • This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning items for a refund.
    • If you received an incorrect item, did not receive an item, or your item is damaged in any way upon receving it, please submit a ticket to our Support Team here.
  • Replacement watch bands, chest straps are final sale even if is claimed to be new and are ineligible to be returned due to hygienic reasons.
